Make up sale

We went to have a browse at the make up sale. It was one of those pop up shops they have these days. The perfume smelt really nice.

Fresh lettuce

Lucky me I was given a bag of lettuce to take home today to share with mum. Grown and packed by us at the te puke.

Sing star stars

I love listening to the music and hearing my friends sing.

My favourite shop

This morning we went out for a walk and explored my favourite shop. There is so much to choose from  however don't worry about me. I managed a little bit of shopping.

Plastic spoons

I have been working with plastic spoons again. 

Party

I have had my 50th birthday. We had a party on the weekend it was great to celebrate with my family and friends.

Sports

I love doing sports in the sun with my friends.  We laugh and help each other to stay healthy.

Winter walk

As you can all see I am certainly all wrapped up today in my winter woollies. We went for a short walk around the park in the sunshine.

Yellow

I chose to work on the yellow word this morning hopefully we will finish these today and hang them on the wall. The yellow word reads respect.

Taking music to others

I decided to make some music for my friends while they were working at the art tables.

Tasting

No blind fold and I didn't taste anything either but I had a good laugh.

Beads

We have been making necklaces at the studio and my responsibility has been to look after ther beads and pass them to people as they are needed.

Yoga with Gena

I enjoyed my yoga class this week. 

Planting spring bulbs

Our community garden is looking great! I spent the morning planting our spring bulbs... And having a frolicking among the leaves!

I'm Back!!!!

I'm back at Arohanui after being unwell with a cold for some time. Great to see my friends again.

On Sick Leave

I'm a little under the weather so have been staying home to recover. Hopefully I'll be well enough to come into the studio next week... Watch this space!

Treasure Box

I have some new trinkets in my trinket box to sort and look through. It's my relaxing time.

Beach Outing

Today I went for an excursion to Papamoa beach with my pals in tow. A walk along the boardwalk was lovely.
